Sometimes when I am worried I remember my experience in one of my first BQH sessions.

In this Beyond Quantum Healing session I have been shown the power of our frequency.

I have been lifted into a higher consciousness state where all my previous worries and troubles seem beautiful.

I felt so much bliss and joy!

I understood that each worry created a hole in our light body and attracted the same into our lives. When we activate our light body our reality changes from linear to non-linear.

I believe that this is the frequency we will embody in the new aquarian era.

“What I was getting, I keep trying to control everything.
The flow space.
I was trying to do guided meditation, enforcing being states and things.
And this is not the way anymore.
What is the way?
Play.
Serving and creating.
But in the flow of state, not a force state.
What is the best way to do that?
Attuning to this frequency.
And it takes a different type of discipline.
It’s not a discipline of the old way of the structure is more of a discipline of letting go of everything you know.
And just trusting more the unseen.”
